There's pustules everywhere!
Mulder and Scully are brought in on a manhunt for escaped convicts, but once they arrive, they learn there’s some kind of viral outbreak at the prison - and the escaped men may be infected and spreading the contagion. Mulder works with the marshals to track the men down, while Scully tries to determine the nature of the outbreak.
It’s probably just the flu...
