"They’re everywhere."
A group of loggers vanish and the forest service suspects eco-terrorists. The FBI is brought in and Mulder pulls strings to get the case, since a similar group of workers vanished from the same area in 1934. Once there, Mulder and Scully discover strange glowing bugs and a man in a cocoon. Is it a eco-terrorist murder plot or did the loggers unleash something when they cut down an old tree?
