While fishing at the beach, Shaggy hooks a two-million-year-old caveman frozen in a block of ice that was lost at sea during a violent storm. They take the caveman to Oceanland to be studied, but once there someone intentionally turns on a heater near it. Thawed out, the caveman comes to life and goes on a rampage.
