After purchasing and going through a copy of Albert Rosales' 1970-1974 volume of Humanoid Encounters, I can definitively state that Pat Roach does not appear in it.
However, there is an entry for 16-17 October 1973 in Lehi, Utah. No names and the details are quite a bit different than the story given on In Search of..., unlike that of Carl Higdon where the story is solid just lacking many details. All that said, this is likely the same case as related in the episode by Pat Roach, if that is her real name.
I did look through David Webb's 1973 - Year of the Humanoids (downlable pdf available from CUFOS) to see if there were more details there. Sadly, there was not.
Rosales also, of course, gives us a nice tight entry on Carl Higdon.
