The FBI raids a cult’s compound but is unable to find a cache of guns that would secure the cult leader’s arrest. One of the cult members is a woman who claims to remember Mulder from a previous life. As Scully and Skinner try to find evidence to arrest the cult leader, Mulder tries to determine if the cult’s compound sits atop a field where, in a previous life, he died in the Civil War.
