Something is causing regular citizens in a small town to snap and murder people with their bare hands in strange fits of rage. Mulder and Scully investigate, wondering what could be causing these people to snap. Is it mind-controlling electronics? A top secret experiment relating to phobias? Irradiated flies? Some kind of chemical being sprayed? A bored sheriff seeking excitement? Um… maybe vampires... please? Mulder and Scully try to identify the cause before more people die.
