Season 1, Episode 2: “Deep Throat”
Mulder has a case he wants to investigate about a missing Air Force pilot in Idaho. But before they leave, a mysterious man warns him to stay away from the case. They fly to Idaho anyway and try to find out what happened to the missing Colonel in a small town on the outskirts of Ellens Air Force Base, where the locals talk about UFO activity and strange lights can be seen in the skies. Scully and Mulder try to figure out what’s going on.
It might be aliens.
